As the fair organiser, we already give exhibitors recommendations and information in the run-up to the fair on complying with social distancing and the possible hygiene offerings right from the stand design and expo planning stage.
All fair participants will be informed about the hygiene and conduct rules at the exhibition grounds. These include: social distancing of at least 1.5 m indoors and outdoors, refraining from shaking hands, and observance of cough and sneeze etiquette. We also expressly recommend frequent and thorough hand washing. A sufficient number of hand washing and sanitiser stations will be available at the grounds.
Indoors, medical face masks are required.
Exception: Masks may be removed at fixed seating or standing places, provided that a minimum distance of 1.5 m to other persons is reliably ensured or a hygiene protection wall is set up between the persons. This also includes negotiations at the exhibition stand.
Masks are not required outdoors.
Exception: Entrance and meeting areas where a so-called bottleneck situations could occur and the minimum distance of 1.5 m cannot be reliably maintained as a result.
If you forget or lose your mask, a supply of standardised face coverings is available at central locations on the exhibition grounds.
For your safety, we will regularly clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces (e.g. tables, handrails, door handles) as well as sanitary facilities at more frequent intervals.
You will find hand washing and disinfection facilities designed with social distancing in mind at all important places on the grounds.
Complete air changes several times an hour are guaranteed thanks to modern ventilation systems with separate supply and exhaust air flows.
Please observe a social distancing of 1.5 m between people in all areas of the exhibition grounds.
We support compliance with the safety distance through planning measures such as wider aisles, revised entrance areas, and increased floor space.
Seating in forums and conference area also takes the safety distance into account. The digital guidance system and notices draw attention to compliance with the distance rules.
Our gastronomy service partner Lehrieder has created a comprehensive concept for hall gastronomy and stand catering that meets the legal requirements as well as the overarching rules of Bavarian gastronomy. All other caterers working at the fair are also obliged to comply with the requirements of the hygiene concept.
Qualified medical care is available on site at all times. The medical service will be present throughout the entire fair, from assembly to dismantling. Medical emergencies are treated directly on site. If necessary, they are supported by the public emergency service.
