Gibsons welcomes raft of six new starters as it builds on year of increased sales

The UK independent games and puzzles company, Gibsons, has welcomed a raft of six new members to the team, compounding what has been a period of steady growth over the last few years, and increased sales aligned with the nation’s embrace of jigsaw puzzling over the pandemic.

Neil Hartley, Demi Newman, Jazmin Gray, and Rachel Riddell join the team, taking up the mantels of assistant accountant, customer service administrator, people and culture manager, and sales supervisor, respectively.

Meanwhile, Adam Melville and Mark Bollen have both announced their departure from the company, following many years of service. David Eastoe and Craig Marley join the team as head of finance and head of operations, respectively.

The new roles will bolster the finance, sales and customer services teams during a critical period of growth for the company. Gray’s role as people and culture manager is a brand new one for Gibsons, created to build upon the company’s people strategy including employee wellbeing, talent planning, and staff development.

Gibsons will also be recruiting a young person in the coming weeks as part of the Government Kickstart scheme.
