Toys go green: The Fair Toys Organisation
Together towards fair and environmentally friendly toys.
Axel Gottstein and Christian Krömer, both members of the Fair Toys Organisation, explore the question: "What is actually fair?" and provide insights into the work of the Fair Toys Organisation. The Fair Toys Organisation is a multi-stakeholder initiative consisting of members of the toy industry and civil society. Its aim is to develop and award a seal that credibly stands for fair and environmentally friendly toy production. Christian Krömer from Spielwaren Krömer and Axel Gottstein from sigikid present the Fair Toys Organisation in more detail on behalf of retailers and manufacturers.
About the speakers
Christian Krömer is managing partner at Spielwaren Krömer GmbH & Co. KG, member of the advisory board and supervisory board at idee+spiel, member of the executive committee of the Bavarian Trade Association and member of the plenary assembly of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria.
Axel Gottstein is CCO of sigikid (Chief Cuddling Officer), owner of sigikid, H. Scharrer & Koch GmbH, founding member of the Fair Toys Organisation and co-chairman of the Chamber of the Toy Industry.
