Mandatory fees
AUMA fee
As the trade fair organiser, we are obliged to charge exhibitors the AUMA contribution of €0.60/m². This amount is paid directly to the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA).
Disposal
Exhibitors are responsible for waste generated during set-up and dismantling. This is covered by the disposal fee, which amounts to:
€5.95 net per m² for stands up to 300 m².
For stand spaces larger than 300 m², the disposal fee is €5.95 net per m² for the first 300 m² and €3.60 net per m² for each additional square metre.
Media package
The media package costing €750 is mandatory for all Spielwarenmesse exhibitors. It includes a range of services to support you in promoting your participation and increasing your visibility. See all services of the media package.
