Beehub invites international toy buyers to Shantou sourcing event
Beehub has announced an exclusive hosted buyer trip to Shantou, China, offering selected toy buyers direct access to one of the world’s largest toy manufacturing ecosystems.
Scheduled for September 1–4, 2026, the visit will center on the ON TOP showroom, a B2B sourcing hub that is currently being expanded to 80,000 square meters. According to the organizers, the facility will become the world’s largest permanent B2B toy showroom, featuring more than 10,000 suppliers across all major toy categories.
Selected group of retail and sourcing professionals
The program will bring together a selected group of retail and sourcing professionals, who will have the opportunity to meet verified manufacturers, explore product ranges, participate in one-on-one supplier meetings, and visit production facilities. Beehub will cover the costs of economy flights, accommodation, meals, and local transportation for participating buyers.
Provide structured access to Shantou’s Chenghai district
The initiative is designed to provide structured access to Shantou’s Chenghai district, a major global toy manufacturing center that is home to more than 20,000 registered toy manufacturers. Buyers will receive category-based guidance, interpreter support, and the option to arrange meetings with specific suppliers in advance. Orders can also be placed directly during the visit.
ON TOP provides sourcing infrastructure in China, including access to verified suppliers, factory pricing, and production quality control. Outside China, Beehub manages services such as ordering, contracting, logistics, compliance, and after-sales support. The companies say the model is suitable for both large retailers and smaller buyers, with minimum order quantities available at relatively low levels in some cases.
Participation in the September event is by invitation only, with interested buyers able to register through ON TOP’s dedicated invitation platform.
