Nintendo and Nékter create Mario, Splatoon, and Kirby Ice Cream

Just in time for summer, fans of Mario, Splatoon and Kirby can look forward to a special refreshment. 

Nintendo of America and Nékter Juice Bar are teaming up to release three different ice cream flavors based on Mario, Splatoon and Kirby.

Available in more than 200 stores across the U.S., three vegan-friendly flavors include Mario Kart Cookie Cruiser, 

Splatland's Birthday and Kirby's Berry Dream. Here's a little more information on each flavor:

- Mario Kart Cookie Cruiser: a clash of cookie dough, blue spirulina and Nékter's own coconut cream blend.

- Splatland's Birthday: a burst of color and cake batter flavor from a coconut cream blend with turmeric and topped with natural sprinkles.

- Kirby's Berry Dream: A dreamy combination of strawberry puree and Nékter's coconut cream.
