Rollplay focuses on core range and growth in the EMEA region
Since the beginning of this year, Rollplay has once again been handling its own distribution. Rollplay retail partners order directly via the "fullfillment partner" MultiChannelTrade (MCT). Dealers and end consumers thus benefit from drop shipping and after-sales service, among other things. In 2023, the manufacturer of (e-)vehicles for children intends to focus more on its core range: including the innovative FLEX and the Nighthawk line as well as successful BMW and MINI licenses. Christian Alsbaek, Managing Director of Rollplay EMEA GmbH, is focusing on healthy growth and continuing its international orientation under the umbrella of the Goodbaby group of companies.
Core range and focus products
Rollplay focuses on its TOP 20 products in the Ride (0-3 years), Drive (3-6 years) and Perform (6-12 years) ranges. Top sellers and focus products for this year include the recently launched Nighthawk Bolt for kids ages four and up, the new Flex XL pedal from the FLEX family and the Quad ATV Powersport Max 12V. Top licenses include the Mini Countryman, the BMW X5M 12V Premium and the new BMW R1200 GS Adventure motorcycle. "The goal is to further promote our own-brand products in particular and to be able to offer them at attractive prices," Alsbaek says. At the Nuremberg sales office, the Rollplay team offers an after-sales service that takes care of technical support, complaints and the shipment of spare parts.
International sales concept
Rollplay is to continue growing under the umbrella of Goodbaby Int. To this end, Alsbaek now markets Evenflo brand products outside the EU region. The child seats and strollers as well as activity centers are already successfully established on the American market and are to be introduced on the European market in the long term.
