ToyNight - the evening event for all exhibitors

ToyNight marks the opening of Spielwarenmesse and takes place on the first evening of the fair, Tuesday, 27 January 2026, at the PSD Bank Nürnberg ARENA.

As an exhibitor, you'll receive an exclusive invitation and have the opportunity to participate in this extraordinary evening. Each year the event surprises with a new theme that transforms the location and programme into a unique experience. A spectacular show act forms the highlight of the evening.

On RedNight evening, the stage belongs to you: After the fair closes, you can transform your stand into a party location to welcome customers, partners and colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere. With music, snacks or drinks, you can individually design the mood and make the evening a special experience.

ToyAward ceremony - the stage for outstanding innovations

The ToyAward is Spielwarenmesse's renowned innovation prize, which annually recognises groundbreaking and high-quality toys. In addition to product innovation and quality, the jury also evaluates retail potential – giving the award additional significance as a trend indicator.

The selection is made by an international jury of industry experts.

The ToyAward ceremony takes place on Wednesday, 29 January 2026, from 11:00 – 12:00 in the Toy Business Forum in Hall 3A.
