Bandai wants to expand in new product categories to engage fans more than ever

Bandai plans to expand its licensing program for the popular Tamagotchi brand at the 2023 Las Vegas Licensing Expo. Bandai has big plans to extend the franchise even further in the North American market. 

With global sales of more than $90 million, Tamagotchi is a globally successful brand with fans around the world and is now looking to engage fans in new product categories such as apparel, accessories, stationery and food.

Tamagotchi has already had good experience working with licensors to bring the biggest and best products in the Tamagotchi universe to market with its successful Tamagotchi Nanos line. 

Now the brand is looking for partners to develop lifestyle products targeted at the Millennial market, who continue to count Tamagotchi among their favorite items.
