Banijay Kids & Family Secures Multiple Global Content Deals with Major Broadcasters

Banijay Kids & Family, a leading force in children’s entertainment, has announced a series of multi-package sales for its diverse portfolio of animated and live-action shows. The company’s distribution arm has finalized deals with several major broadcasters, further expanding the global reach of its premium content.

ABC Australia has acquired rights to “Moominvalley” season 4 and “Piripenguins” season 1, and has relicensed all four seasons of “Junior Vets.” Czech Television has picked up “Mister Maker Comes to Town” seasons 4 and 5, “Moominvalley” season 4, and “When I Was Your Age” season 1. Danish broadcaster DR has secured “Hushabye Lullabye” seasons 1 and 2, as well as “Totally Spies!” season 7. Meanwhile, BBC Studios Africa (CBeebies) will air “Mister Maker” seasons 2 and 3, plus “Mister Maker Comes to Town” season 4.

These deals highlight the enduring appeal of Banijay’s evergreen brands like “Totally Spies!” and “Mr Bean: The Animated Series,” while also showcasing the growing interest in new titles such as “Piripenguins.” The company, led by Benoît Di Sabatino, continues to drive international growth through strategic distribution, brand licensing, and digital exploitation.
