Banijay Rights expands licensing and gaming teams

Banijay Rights, the global distribution arm of Banijay Entertainment, has strengthened its Licensing & Merchandising and Gaming & Gambling teams following its merger with All3Media International.

The expanded divisions will oversee commercial strategies across the company’s enlarged portfolio, including Peaky Blinders, The Traitors and MasterChef.

David Christopher will lead the Licensing & Merchandising team as Group Director, Licensing and Merchandising. Before joining Banijay Rights in 2022, Christopher served as Director of International Commercial and Digital at ITV Studios and Group Director at Shine 360.

Mark Woollard will head the Gaming & Gambling department as SVP Gambling and Gaming. He joined Endemol Games in 2013 and has held several senior roles within the group, including Director of Banijay Brands’ Global Licensing Division and Commercial Director of EndemolShine Gaming.

Reporting to Christopher will be Leila Loumi and Jason Easy, both serving as SVP Global Licensing, alongside Claire Morgan as VP Brand Management. Loumi joined Banijay Rights in 2024, while Easy previously spent three years as VP Licensing and Partnerships at All3Media International. Morgan retains the role she has held since 2025, having worked at Banijay Rights for eight years.

Andreas Demetriou, who has been with Banijay Rights for three years, will report to Woollard as Sales Manager.

Cathy Payne, CEO of Banijay Rights, said the strengthened teams bring extensive experience to help unlock opportunities across the expanded portfolio and drive off-screen growth and commercial expansion.
