Barbie and Edikted introduce: Barbie by Edikted

Barbie and Edikted, the style-led contemporary fashion brand, introduce Barbie by Edikted, a first-of-its-kind collection imagined and designed by Barbie. Stepping into a Creative Director role for the very first time, Barbie partnered with Edikted to design a collection that celebrates her legacy through a distinctly Gen Z lens. The collection launches May 7.

Launching May 7

The Barbie by Edikted campaign video, launching May 7, taps trendsetters Ming Lee Simmons, Daphne Groeneveld, Samantha Archibald, Shimma Sunrise Marie, Shay Sullivan, and Eva Rankin to bring Barbie’s design vision to life, with each embodying a distinct facet of her style universe. Shot by Charlie Denis and styled by Lana Jay Lackey, the campaign places Barbie inside her creative studio, where she envisions, designs, and styles the collection in real time. The narrative builds into a high-energy runway moment, cutting backstage as Barbie puts the final touches on each look before sending the models to the runway. The campaign highlights the spirit of individuality, confidence and self-expression that defines both brands.

71 total pieces

The Barbie by Edikted collection features 71 total pieces across ready-to-wear and accessories, spanning sunglasses, bags, and jewelry, with sizing ranging from XS to XXL in select styles. The assortment includes coordinating sets, beaded tops, logo-driven graphics, embroidered denim, swim, and elevated everyday staples. The collection launches May 7, 2026, across the U.S. and U.K, exclusively on edikted.com and at the Edikted Grove location, with additional retail rollout beginning the week of May 12. Prices range from $7 to $78 USD.

Edikted and Barbie are bringing a high-gloss, pink dream world to The Grove in Los Angeles from May 8–10, with a public pop-up inviting attendees to experience the Barbie by Edikted collection firsthand.

Teaming up with ASU FIDM

Barbie and Edikted are also teaming up with ASU FIDM to invest in the next generation of fashion leaders by funding ASU FIDM summer camp scholarships, bringing creative executives to the school for a dedicated Barbie x Edikted panel, and introducing a Barbie design center experience for design and merchandising camp attendees to get a behind-the-scenes look at the brand.
