B&LLAs 2026 winners are announced

The winners of the B&LLAs 2026 were announced yesterday, on Thursday, April 23, at the awards ceremony at the Royal Lancaster London. The event was hosted by presenter and musician Myleene Klass and attended by around 500 representatives from retail, licensing, and brand companies, who gathered to celebrate the award recipients.

10th anniversary

Marking the 10th anniversary of the awards, Jakki Brown, managing director of Max Publishing, reflected on their launch in 2016. The aim was to give greater recognition to the achievements of the brand licensing industry, particularly in innovation, collaboration, and consumer engagement. She also highlighted the growing support over the years, noting that this year saw a record number of attendees, sponsors, entries, and judges.

Panel discussion

Before the ceremony, a panel discussion led by Steve Manners (Licensing International) brought together industry experts to talk about how the sector has evolved and what the future may hold.

The event concluded with the presentation of the Brand Ambassador Award to Cathy Snow of the RHS in recognition of her long-standing contribution to the industry.
