Change in the Supervisory Board of Ravensburger AG

Dr. Dieter Kurz (75), member of the Supervisory Board since 2008 and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ravensburger AG since 2013, has resigned his mandate with effect from the end of the Annual General Meeting on April 27, 2023. Dr. Thomas Vollmoeller (63), Chairman of the Supervisory Board of eDreams ODIGEO SA, Madrid, Spain, who has already been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2015, was elected as his successor.

 

The Annual General Meeting elected Antje Schubert (55), Executive President Western Europe & Adriatics & Nordics of Nomad Foods Europe Limited, UK, as a new member of the Supervisory Board.

 

Confirmed in their offices were: Albert Hess (51) as Vice Chairman, as well as Claus-Dietrich Lahrs (59), Dr. Valerie Maier (54) and Florian Haller (55).
