DeAPlaneta Entertainment and Mediawan Kids & Family sign strategic deal

DeAPlaneta Entertainment has entered into an exclusive strategic agreement with the French company Mediawan Kids & Family to 

enhance the growth of its brands and become its Master Licensing Agent on a global level.

Under the agreement, DeAPlaneta Entertainment will assume responsibility for the development of some of Mediawan Kids & Family's key IPs.

In its role as Master Licensing Agent, DeAPlaneta Entertainment will be the exclusive licensing and merchandising agent for 

the Mediawan Kids & Family brands and will also manage the digital, interactive, gaming and Web3 rights for the brand. 

This agreement applies across territories, with the exception of China. 

Among the first confirmed IPSs affected by the agreement are the upcoming animated series "Karters," "The Three" and "Witch Detectives.“ 

Additional Mediawan Kids & Family brands included in the agreement will be announced in the near future.

According to Erick Rouillé, SVP Global Distribution & Consumer Products Mediawan Kids & Family , the company hopes the collaboration with 

DeAPlaneta Entertainment will increase productions in all areas, whether in the licensed, interactive or game sectors.
