e.l.f. Beauty signs acquisition agreement for Naturium
e.l.f. Beauty has signed an acquisition agreement for Naturium. Naturium is a fast-growing skincare brand that will be acquired for $355 million, supporting the company's mission to provide the best for eyes, lips, face and skin. The transaction will increase the presence of e.l.f. Beauty in skin care will double to approximately 18% of retail sales. The transaction is expected to be completed around September 30, 2023.
