FIFA and Fanatics: exclusive collectibles agreement
FIFA and Fanatics have announced a long-term exclusive partnership for FIFA collectibles, including trading cards, stickers, and trading card games. Beginning fully in 2031, the agreement will cover both physical and digital collectibles, with all products created by Fanatics Collectibles under the Topps name.
The partnership introduces several innovations, including player jersey patch collectibles and debut patches in football trading cards for the first time. Fanatics also plans to distribute more than $150 million worth of free collectibles worldwide to support youth football and engage younger fans.
As part of the collaboration, the pre-match press conferences for the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final will take place at Fanatics Fest in New York, which will also host a large public watch party for the final.
The agreement marks the end of FIFA’s decades-long partnership with Panini, which had produced official World Cup stickers and trading cards since 1970.
