France Licensing Day Set attendance record
France Licensing Day recorded its largest edition to date, attracting more than 550 attendees and featuring a record 55 exhibiting tables at its new venue, the Pavillon Chesnaie du Roy in Paris. Organized by Informa Markets in partnership with Licensing International France, the annual B2B event hosted more than 500 business meetings between retailers, licensees, licensors, and brand owners ahead of Brand Licensing Europe.
40 major entertainment and consumer brands
The exhibition brought together 40 major entertainment and consumer brands, including Paramount, Netflix, Warner Bros. Discovery, Authentic Brands Group, Universal, Nintendo, Mattel, Bandai Namco, Sanrio, and Le Petit Prince. Representatives from leading French retailers and companies, including Carrefour, Kiabi, Panini France, Asmodee, Cartamundi, Hachette Livre, McDonald's France, and La Grande Récré, also attended.
The event featured four expert-led seminars, including a keynote presentation by Carrefour executives focusing on the retailer's licensing strategy, brand selection, and in-store activation. Organizers said the move to a larger venue reflected growing demand within the French licensing market.
