gamescom 2025: New record in the early bird phase
The interest of exhibitors in gamescom is at a record peak: gamescom 2025 had more registered companies than ever before at the end of the early bird phase and thus clearly exceeded even the peak figures from the previous year. The high registration status underlines the international importance of gamescom and thereby links up directly with the successes of the previous year, when new standards were set in terms of exhibitors, internationality, and worldwide reach.
Registered companies from 46 countries
In a reference data comparison, the number of registered companies, coming from 46 countries, is already 27 percent higher for gamescom 2025 than in the previous year. Many country pavilions have also already been confirmed, including: Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Denmark, Dubai, France, Greece, the United Kingdom, Italy, Canada, Qatar, South Korea, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, Serbia, Spain, the Czech Republic, and the USA.
Surpassing all expectations
Oliver Frese, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Koelnmesse: "The early bird phase of gamescom 2025 has surpassed all expectations. The significant increase in comparison to last year's record figures makes clear that gamescom is indispensable for the global games industry. The high level of interest and feedback from the industry gives us tremendous momentum and reinforces our intention to once again organize a superlative gamescom this year."
The exhibitors for gamescom 2025 will be announced at a later date.
