Gaumont Animation and Studio 100 Media to cooperate
Studio 100 Media and Gaumont Animation have signed a first-look deal to collaborate on co-productions and distribution of animated series and films for children.
Gaumont Animation and Studio 100 Media are joining forces in the field of animated films and series: Within the framework of a first-look deal, they will realise co-productions and develop new series and films in the future.
The first co-production will be the animation series "Ash" in cooperation with bigchild Entertainment, further projects are to be announced this year.
In addition, Studio 100 Media will now also distribute Gaumont productions internationally. Among the first projects here is "Tiny Head" an animated co-production between Gaumont Animation and Cloudco Entertainment.
"We are very excited to enter into this global partnership with Studio 100," said Terry Kalagian, President Global Animation, Kids & Family at Gaumont.
"By combining our strengths and leveraging our collective experiences, we can deliver exciting, high-quality content that will resonate with audiences around the world."
