High-profile music stars for "Barbie Movie" soundtrack

The film based around the cross-generational icon "Barbie" comes up with a soundtrack in a class of its own. The album for the film's soundtrack will feature such musical heavyweights as Dua Lipa, Lizzo, Karol G, Nicki Minaj, Ice Spice and Charli XCX. Ryan Gosling, who has played the role of Ken, will also show off his vocal skills on the album, according to Rolling Stone. The compilation, produced by Mark Ronson, will be released simultaneously with the film, starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling as Barbie and Ken, on July 21st. Already in the official trailer for the film, some musical performances can be heard. However, the list of those involved is not yet complete and will be gradually expanded to include more artists as the release date approaches.
