International trade fair Insights-X starts ticket sales for the retail trade

The brands are back in town - this is the motto under which the international stationery industry will meet at the eighth Insights-X. 

The trade fair for "Stationery, Office, Bags and more" has already recorded a higher registration rate than last year. 

Renowned brands and innovative start-ups will ensure a wide variety of products at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center from October 11 to 14, including eXtra-Day. 

Trade visitors can now register for the event via www.insights-x.com/tickets and purchase tickets at a price of 15 euros. 

The organizer, Spielwarenmesse eG, has a number of services in store for optimum organization of the trade fair visit and is also coming up with a new networking event.

 

One ticket for all days of the fair

The ticket to Insights-X is valid on all days of the event. From Wednesday to Friday, exhibitors in Halls 10.0, 11.0 and 12.0 will provide retailers with an optimal market overview. On these days, Insights-X will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Hall 12.0 on Friday until 5 p.m.). With the eXtra-Day on Saturday, the trade show offers trade visitors an additional visiting day. Here, exhibitors in Halls 10.0 and 11.0 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. will provide creative inspiration for assortment design.

 

 

OrangeNight on the Friday of the trade fair

Networking is also a top priority at Insights-X.The best conditions for this are provided by the AfterHour and the new OrangeNight.On the initiative of the exhibitors and Spielwarenmesse eG, the latter will celebrate its premiere on the evening of the Friday of the fair.Companies in Halls 10.0 and 11.0 invite visitors to their stands for a get-together.With street food, drinks and music, industry representatives will end the day with familiar and new business partners. Participation in OrangeNight is included in the Insights-X ticket.

 

Best prepared

Numerous digital tools are also available to retailers for networking and efficient preparation for participation in the trade fair.The central source of information is the Insights-X website, which will be presented in a new and fresh design for the start of ticket sales.In addition to interactive hall plans, it offers retailers a compact overview of all participating companies.The website also features a networking area. After creating their own profile, retailers and buyers can arrange appointments with exhibitors in advance and chat with other participants. Suitable contact suggestions are also displayed based on the interests created in the profile.

 

Efficient trade show visit with the Insights-X App 

Another helpful feature is the Insights-X app.With it, buyers and retailers always have all the relevant information about the trade show at their fingertips.In addition to the site plan and the exhibitor catalog, the networking area is also integrated here.It automatically synchronizes with the website so that chats, appointment requests and contacts can be conveniently accessed on multiple devices.In addition, the ticket to the trade show can be easily saved in the app.
