Katy Perry joins Peppa Pig

Katy Perry has often appeared in animated films and series. To mark the 20th anniversary of the popular children's series Peppa Pig, she will appear in a three-part special on the Hasbro production next year. In one of the three planned episodes, the 38-year-old will lend her voice to the new animated character Ms. Leopard

Tying the knot

The singer's "Peppa Wutz" character is a dressmaker who helps with preparations for the first wedding shown in the show's universe. The characters Mr. Bull and Mrs. Cow are then to tie the knot.

“We’re incredibly thrilled to have such an A-list talent join the family-fun adventures in Peppa Pig. As a loving parent and fan of Peppa herself, Katy Perry is a perfect fit to voice the character of Ms. Leopard,” said Olivier Dumont, President of Hasbro Entertainment. 

The series, is set to premiere in spring 2024.
