Lego and Formula 1 celebrate racing history
The LEGO Group and Formula 1 have unveiled ten fully drivable LEGO F1 cars representing each team in the racing series, driven by the world's best drivers at the FORMULA 1 MIAMI GRAND PRIX 2025 Drivers' Parade.
New standards for the Lego Group
The collaboration celebrates the multi-year partnership between the two brands, with the aim of creating even more memorable moments for families at the 2025 races and beyond.
The unveiling sets new standards for the LEGO Group: for the first time, several fully drivable LEGO vehicles were built and tested - and as a special highlight, several Formula 1 drivers drove these unique models live on site. A real event where legends of the race track took a seat behind the wheel of a LEGO vehicle themselves!
Fusion of design and technology
These impressive feats of design and engineering were produced by a team of 26 designers, engineers and LEGO master builders in over 22,000 hours at the
LEGO Group factory in Kladno, Czech Republic. In an almost true-to-scale 1:1 format of F1 cars, the Big Builds each consist of almost 400,000 LEGO bricks, weigh 1,500 kg and reach speeds of up to 20 km/h - including detailed elements such as sponsor logos and authentic Pirelli tires.
Worldwide tour
After the Miami event, all ten LEGO Big Builds will go on a worldwide tour to bring families even closer to the action on the track at future races and F1 events. For more information, visit LEGO.com/F1.
