LEGO Group appoints Annette Stube as CSO

Starting in January, Annette Stube will take her role as Chief Sustainability Officer in the Lego Group. Stube can look back on more than 25 years of experience in the field of sustainability.

Implementing company-wide plans

In this role, she will be responsible for LEGO's environmental sustainability and strategy, working with the operations, product development and marketing teams to develop and implement company-wide plans and goals. She will also support Lego's external environmental communications and engagement efforts.

“There are very few companies who have children as their primary customers, which reminds us that the need for change is very real and urgent,” Stube says. “It is encouraging to see The LEGO Group prioritize investments and resources against accelerating its sustainability ambitions and I am looking forward to playing my part to deliver those.”
