Care leave: Lego Group employees can take up to four weeks of paid care leave to look after sick or dependent relatives.

Paid parental leave: Primary caregivers receive 26 weeks of fully paid leave, secondary caregivers two months. Parents decide for themselves who takes on which role. The company covers 100 percent of the salary, significantly exceeding the regular 67 percent paid by the state as part of parental allowance.

Support during challenging phases of life: A comprehensive employee assistance system offers confidential advice and support – whether for mental health, family challenges, or specific issues such as menopause.
