Licensing International announces induction into Hall of Fame 2023

Licensing International has announced the induction of Pam Kaufmann, Cindy Levitt and Carole Postal into the 2023 Hall of Fame. 

This honors the work and unique contributions of leaders to the licensing industry.

 

Pam Kaufman, CEO and President of International Markets, Global Consumer Products & Experiences at Paramount Global, leads the consumer products and experiences division.

In this position, she represents more than $6 billion in global retail sales. 

This is generated from a variety of franchises, brands and content, including PAW Patrol, SpongeBob SquarePants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Star Trek and South Park.

In addition, Pam is responsible for games and themed entertainment such as hotels, resorts, live tours, Broadway and VidCon. 

Pam is also responsible for the ongoing globalization of Paramount's operations and drives the growth of the company's international business, 

including its extensive streaming portfolio, which includes Paramount+, free-to-air, cable networks and Paramount Television International Studios. 

Pam serves on the Board of Directors of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation and Stella McCartney Ltd. 

A passionate advocate for women and families, she also serves on the Board of Directors of the Pace Women's Justice Center.

 

Cindy Levitt, a retail pioneer, is nationally known for her expertise in trend retailing and developing novel licensing programs for the teen and young adult markets. 

For more than 20 years, she worked at and for retailer Hot Topic. She recently resigned as SVP of Licensing for Mad Engine to retire. 

She is involved with both an organization that provides goods to people in crisis and (Delivering Good) and is heavily involved in mentoring newcomers to the licensing industry.

 

Carole Postal, President of Spotlight Licensing & Brand Management, is an industry luminary with a career built on trend licensing and retail expertise. 

With her agency, she focused on developing successful branding and licensing programs for the entertainment industry and highlighting non-traditional products. 

She was also deeply committed to building a network that facilitated the exchange of female leaders in business, entertainment and philanthropy.

The ceremony honoring her achievements was held as part of a fundraiser for Licensing International's scholarship program. 

The program awards scholarships to individuals around the world interested in pursuing a career in brand licensing. 

With a focus on diversity and inclusion, the scholarship program is an important element of Licensing International's ongoing work 

to support the next generation of licensing professionals and ensure that the industry continues to grow and evolve.
