MAGNA-TILES launches new ocean-themed building set collection
MAGNA-TILES has introduced a new Ocean Collection of magnetic building sets, expanding its product portfolio with ocean-inspired themes designed to encourage imaginative and hands-on play. The collection is now available through the company's website, major retailers and specialty toy stores nationwide.
New range
The new range includes the Coral Reef, Dolphin Bay, Shark Dive, Lighthouse Rescue and Undersea Adventure sets. According to the company, the collection introduces several new design elements to the MAGNA-TILES system, including its first curved tiles for building underwater observation pods, as well as sensory tiles and soft-touch accessories such as coral and octopus tentacles. All new pieces remain compatible with existing MAGNA-TILES products.
Developed to inspire creative storytelling
MAGNA-TILES said the Ocean Collection was developed to inspire creative storytelling while expanding the building possibilities of its magnetic construction system. Company President Michael Valenta said the new organic shapes and textures were designed to bring ocean environments to life while maintaining compatibility with the brand's core geometric tiles.
In addition to the Ocean Collection, the company is expanding its Travel Set lineup with new Spooky and Gingerbread House editions. The portable 24-piece sets, priced below $20, are designed for travel and holiday gift-giving, with carrying cases that also serve as magnetic building bases.
