Strengthening the global approach
The new structure is designed to strengthen category expertise, collaboration with licensees, retail, and business partners, and enable a more globally focused approach. Mattel’s Consumer Products business will be organised around five pillars: Softlines; Hardlines; Food/Health & Beauty Aids (HBA)/Quick Service Restaurants (QSR); PEM; and Retail Franchise Activation.
The appointments
The new leadership appointments include Natalie Berling-Noé as Lead, Hardlines; André Moreira as Director, Softlines; Kasia Gruszka-Mierzwa as Lead, Food, Health & Beauty and Quick Service Restaurants; Isidora Tassopoulou as Director, PEM; Caroline Daget as Lead, Retail Franchise Activation; Mara Verze as Lead, Direct-to-Retail (DTR); and Eleonora Schiavoni as Lead, Apparel.
Together, the team will provide more specialized support across product categories while maintaining a strong focus on local markets, consumer trends, partner needs and business opportunities across EMEA.
