Mattel: new Head of Consumer Products EMEA

Mattel has appointed Jessica Kelly as Senior Director and Head of Consumer Products EMEA, effective May 1, 2026. In this role, she will lead the company’s licensing and consumer products business across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, succeeding Ruth Henriquez.

Strong experience in sales, marketing, and e-commerce

Kelly has been with Mattel since 2018 and brings strong experience in sales, marketing, and e-commerce. Most recently, she led the Central and Eastern Europe business, where she drove transformation and growth. In her new position, she will oversee regional licensing strategy, strengthen partnerships, and develop new business opportunities, working closely with senior leaders across the region.

Expanding franchise-driven growth in EMEA

Her appointment reflects Mattel’s focus on expanding franchise-driven growth in EMEA. Meanwhile, responsibility for the DACH region remains unchanged under Natalie Berling-Noé, who continues to lead consumer products and licensing in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
