Mattel: Vin Diesel will write the live-action Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots feature film
Mattel announced that acclaimed actor, producer, and filmmaker Vin Diesel will write the live-action Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots feature film for Mattel Studios and his production banner One Race Films.
As previously announced, Diesel — best known for leading blockbuster franchises such as Fast & Furious and Riddick — will also star in the film and produce alongside Mattel’s Robbie Brenner and One Race’s Samantha Vincent.
All-new live-action adventure
Based on Mattel’s iconic tabletop boxing game, Rock ’Em Sock ’Em Robots will bring the legendary Red Rocker and Blue Bomber to life in an all-new live-action adventure.

Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots will be overseen by Darian Greenbaum and Andrew Scannell for Mattel Studios and Vin Diesel for One Race.
