Millimages Solang celebrates success as YouTube

In just two weeks, Millimages Molang has generated over 4 million views on YouTube and the number of subscribers has increased by considerable 50,000.

This makes the new Molang digital channel, on which Molang and his friend Piu Piu host as YouTubers and get in direct contact with fans, a resounding success for Millimages.

A new ten-minute episode is uploaded every Friday, with a total of 26 episodes planned so far. Behind the content is a 16-person team that produces the episodes at Millimages Studios in Paris.

Kévin Maintrot, Head of Digital Content Strategy, comments:

"In the last three years, we have been able to grow our subscriber base - 1.2 million in just one year -

by focusing our content strategy on social networks targeting young millennials and Gen Z, who make up 78% of the Molang audience. We also experimented with a

range of formats and concepts, such as parodies on Instagram and TikTok dances. This brand new YouTuber concept is a great business and strategic opportunity that breaks the fourth wall and offers multiple creative possibilities and future partnerships."

More plans and appearances await Molang. For example, at this year's Japan Expo, July 13-16 in Paris. Molang will make an appearance in a high-end pop-up store and connect with fans.
