Miraculous superheroes partner with all-electric cars from Volkswagen

Volkswagen is entering into an exclusive partnership with Zag and Mediawan Kids & Family, co-producers of the upcoming film Miraculous: Ladybug & Cat Noir, The Movie. 

The collaboration is part of Volkswagen's strategy to further advance its global e-strategy. 

The movie Miraculous: Ladybug & Cat Noir will launch on Netflix on July 28th and is based on the hit television series Miraculous. 

This is broadcast in over 130 countries and is a global success. 

The film is therefore the perfect platform to push Volkswagen's e-strategy by meaningfully integrating the all-electric vehicles into the storyline of the blockbuster. 

The cars were redesigned in close collaboration with the film's animation designers and Volkswagen, as well as the respective marketing teams, to match the look and feel of the film.

In recent months, Volkswagen has launched a number of projects, including with Marvel Studios' Ant-Man and The Wasp, Quantumania and the Disney+ Star Wars series Obi-Wan-Kenobi, Andor and Mandalorian.
