Moonbug appoints new position of director of sales and brand partnerships

Former Warner Bros. Discovery executive, Yasmin Zahid, will succeed Kelly Cooke as the new Head of distribution and brand partnerships in APAC, 

supporting Moonbug's long-term growth in the region. The hiring of Yasmin Zahid, who is based in Singapore, underscores Moonbug's course for growth in Asia. 

It first launched a linear channel in Malaysia and Indonesia in February, followed by the first-time hiring of the commercial director position for Korea in May. 

Zahid will officially start her role on July 17th and will expand Moonbug's presence by developing partnerships with broadcasters and content providers. 

Zahid brings with her a wealth of experience spanning nearly 30 years in the industry and has extensive experience in APAC media markets.
