Moose Toys appoints Ronnie Frankowski CEO
Moose Toys has announced a series of changes in its senior management team, including the appointment of Ronnie Frankowski as Chief Executive Officer. This change takes effect immediately. The strategic changes are aimed at sharpening the company's focus and positioning it for the next phase of its global success.
Driving sustainable growth
In his role, Ronnie Frankowski will oversee Moose's corporate strategy and operations, driving performance, profitability, and sustainable growth from the Australian headquarters while leading the management team.
The current CEO and co-owner Paul Solomon will assume the role of Executive Chairman.
As part of this enhanced structure, Moose has also redefined responsibilities in key global functions:
- Steve Arkveld (previously Head of US Operations) will assume the newly created position of Chief Commercial Officer.
- Ben Dart (previously COO) will be appointed Chief Operations and Financial Officer.
- Daniel Henquin (previously CFO) will take on the position of Chief Risk, Legal and Compliance Officer.
The remaining management team will not be affected.
