Nike and Converse: New Stranger Things Collection
In partnership with Netflix’s Stranger Things, Nike and Converse are unveiling a limited-edition collection that channels the supernatural energy and nostalgic style of Hawkins, Indiana, ahead of the show’s highly anticipated fifth and final season.
1980s setting
The Stranger Things collection includes exclusive Nike and Converse footwear styles crafted to evoke the show’s iconic 1980s setting, alongside a suite of everyday Nike apparel that blends vintage style with intricate detailing for fans who live for the thrill of the unknown.
Nike Dunk Low
Leading the collection, and launched earlier in November, is a Nike Dunk Low, impossibly aged with worn leather, stained laces, a weathered midsole and Upside Down logos —like a shoe built in 1987 that got stuck somewhere time forgot.
Converse x Stranger Things Chuck 70
The Converse x Stranger Things Chuck 70 features a distressed canvas upper adorned with WSQK radio station graphics and embroidered sound waves. The radio station logo and “Beam Me Up, This Place Sucks” graphic liner nod to Robin’s iconic T-shirt.
The Converse footwear collection also extends to the Converse By You customization platform, offering fans the chance to create their own Stranger Things–inspired Chuck Taylor All Star.
Nike apparel invites fans to Hawkings
Pairing seamlessly with each silhouette is a suite of Nike apparel that invites fans to step into Hawkins. A classic crew sports the Stranger Things “Friends Don’t Lie” catchphrase; T-shirts, hoodies and sweatpants feature graphic references to the show; and a tracksuit blends a vintage 1980s athletic look with contemporary sportswear style.
The collaboration is the second from Nike and Stranger Things, following a two-part 2019 collection of exclusive Air Tailwind 79, Blazer Mid and Cortez sneakers, as well as apparel inspired by the show’s 1980s aesthetic.
