Spielwarenmesse 2027: Extensive services to support early planning
Spielwarenmesse 2027 will take place from 2 to 6 February in Nuremberg, bringing together retailers, buyers and industry professionals from around the world to discover new products, build contacts and initiate business. The organisers are offering a range of services designed to help visitors prepare for their attendance in advance.
Travel options have been expanded
Travel options have been expanded for the upcoming event. Deutsche Bahn long-distance services will again be available with special event tickets, while easyJet will operate direct flights to Nuremberg from Milan-Malpensa and London-Gatwick. Turkish Airlines, the official airline of Spielwarenmesse, is also offering visitors a discount on flights to Nuremberg or Munich. A shuttle bus between Munich Airport and the Nuremberg exhibition centre will operate several times a day from 31 January to 7 February.
Accommodation arrangements
Accommodation can be arranged through Revolugo, the official hotel partner of Spielwarenmesse. The platform offers a range of hotels and aparthotels in and around Nuremberg. Visitors are also encouraged to consider accommodation in the wider Nuremberg region, which is connected to the exhibition centre by public transport. The trade fair ticket can be used as a public transport ticket throughout the VGN network during the event.
Digital services
Digital services are also intended to support preparation and networking. Spielwarenmesse Digital provides an interactive hall plan and an exhibitor database that can be searched by company, product, brand and licence. Registered users can arrange appointments with exhibitors before the fair. The Spielwarenmesse app additionally offers networking and navigation functions as well as information for visitors.
The app's LeadScan feature enables users to scan visitor tickets or QR codes and store contact details digitally. Ticket sales for Spielwarenmesse 2027 are scheduled to begin at the start of November, with tickets not available for purchase at the venue.
