Steve Totzke inducted into The Canadian Toy Association Hall of Fame
The Canadian Toy Association (CTA) announced that Steve Totzke, President and Chief Commercial Officer of Mattel, Inc., has been named a 2025 Inductee into the prestigious Canadian Toy Association Hall of Fame. Totzke will be honored at the CTA Annual Gala Event on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at the Mississauga Convention Centre in Mississauga, Ontario.

Throughout his career, Totzke has been a passionate advocate for Canada’s role in the global toy industry. For more than 20 years, he has overseen Mattel Canada’s operations and forged and maintained strong ties to Canadian retail and manufacturing partners. Beyond business results, Totzke is celebrated for his commitment to developing Canadian talent, mentoring future leaders, and championing Canadian best practices on the global stage.

In addition to his business leadership, Totzke actively serves on the Board of Directors of The Toy Association, the Mattel Children’s Foundation, and the Advisory Board of Women in Toys. Through Mattel Canada, he has partnered with charitable organizations including the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters Toronto.
