With a decisive reduction in single-use plastic across the company, Brainstorm has announced major strides in its sustainability efforts.

Eliminating single-use plastic

In recent years, the company has implemented comprehensive measures to ensure that its sustainability goals are met in line with its own stringent targets.

With the aim of eliminating single-use plastic from all its products, Brainstorm has introduced a concept to switch all blister-packed items to cardboard packaging made from recycled or FSC cardboard wherever possible. To date, the company has reduced its plastic imports by 30% per year, with ambitious targets set for 2024 and beyond.

Renewable energy

Brainstorm's headquarters in Gisburn, where the company's warehouse is located, also reached its goal of using 100% renewable energy in August 2023.
