Tessloff: call for nominations for the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize for Children

Tessloff Publishing has joined forces with other institutions and organizations in an international initiative calling for the nomination of all children worldwide for the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize. The appeal was initiated by the World Child Forum, an international platform dedicated to children’s rights and future-oriented issues. Individuals and institutions eligible to submit nominations worldwide—including members of national parliaments, governments, and selected academics—may do so until 31 January 2026.

The joint press release attached is suitable for direct editorial use. Upon request, I am happy to provide a more detailed background document, further information on the initiative, or to help arrange interviews.

Motivations for participation

Tessloff Publishing aims to inspire children to engage with knowledge so they can explore the world with curiosity, confidence, and understanding. When children recognize possibilities, grasp connections, and become aware of their own agency, they are better equipped to find their place in a complex world. Tessloff supports the initiative to nominate all children worldwide for the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize because it builds on this very belief: that children need guidance, education, and genuine attention to help shape the future. Peace grows where children’s perspectives are valued and where they are free to learn and understand the world independently.

Why this initiative sends an important signal:
“Children approach the world with curiosity and ask countless questions. Our response should be to take them seriously and provide knowledge, guidance, and trust—so they can find their own path and help shape the future.”
