The Powerpuff Girls and Sanrio unveil new apparel line

A new collaboration between The Powerpuff Girls and Hello Kitty is bringing together two of the most recognizable pop culture franchises through a growing range of fashion, apparel, collectibles, and lifestyle products. The partnership reflects the continued popularity of nostalgia-driven collaborations that appeal to both younger audiences and longtime fans.

Apparel and accessories collections

Recent launches include apparel and accessories collections developed with partners such as Bioworld and Mad Engine. The collections feature graphic T-shirts, jackets, backpacks, water bottles, pillows, and other lifestyle products inspired by the combined visual styles of the two franchises. Retailers carrying the collaboration include major chains such as JCPenney, Hot Topic, Target, Walmart, Old Navy, Fashion Nova, and Joe Fresh.

Collectibles and toys

The collaboration has also expanded into collectibles and toys. MGA Entertainment introduced new L.O.L. Surprise! dolls inspired by Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup, alongside Hello Kitty and Friends-themed Miniverse collectibles that continue the growing trend of surprise-based unboxing toys.

Additional crossover merchandise includes collectible plush toys and vinyl figures from Kidrobot, pairing Sanrio characters with Powerpuff Girls-inspired designs. Characters such as Hello Kitty, Kuromi, and Cinnamoroll are reimagined as Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles, combining the aesthetics of both brands into stylized collectibles.
