The Walt Disney Company Appoints Alexia Quadrani as Executive Vice President, Investor Relations
The Walt Disney Company appoints Alexia Quadrani as executive vice president, investor relations.
Quadrani most recently served as senior vice president, investor relations at Disney.
Quadrani will continue to serve as Disney's primary point of contact with the global investment community, while also serving as an advisor to the company's senior management team.
Quadrani's responsibilities include developing the company's relationships with sell-side and buy-side investment analysts, industry analysts and investors around the world; providing input on the company's financial reporting; managing equity; and leading ongoing dialogue with the governance community and investors focused on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.
Prior to joining Disney last year, Quadrani spent 14 years as managing director and senior analyst, U.S. media equity research at J.P. Morgan.
She covered entertainment, advertising and video game stocks, among others. Quadrani joined J.P. Morgan in 2008 through the merger with Bear Stearns,
where she had been a senior managing director since 1997. She was an analyst listed with Institutional Investor for more than 20 years.
