Revenue growth

North America recorded revenue growth of 20% to €47.8 million (+34% constant currency), supported by product innovation and strong customer engagement. The DACH region grew 28% to €50.0 million, benefiting from strong market momentum and an earlier Easter season, while the Rest of the World segment rose 50% to €27.9 million due to expanding retail presence and higher market penetration.

Creating a momentum

CEO Tobias Wann said the momentum created by the global launch of the Toniebox 2 in 2025 continues to drive demand across all markets, reinforcing tonies’ ambition to become a global family entertainment brand. CFO Hansjörg Müller added that the company’s scalable business model continues to strengthen as every Toniebox sold supports future recurring revenue.

Growth across the portfolio

Growth was broad-based across the portfolio. Revenue from Tonies figurines increased 25% to €95.4 million, supported by a balanced mix of original and licensed content as well as newer formats such as My First Tonies and Tonieplay games for older children. Accessories & Digital revenue rose 15% to €4.8 million.

During the quarter, tonies also redeemed its outstanding convertible bond using treasury shares, reducing future interest obligations and further improving leverage.

The company confirmed its full-year 2026 outlook and expects continued profitable growth despite ongoing macroeconomic uncertainty. tonies forecasts revenue growth of more than 20% at constant currency to over €760 million, North American growth above 30%, and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 9–11%.
