WAHU Corp. acquires global brand rights

WAHU Corporation, an Australian-owned company founded by Andrew Lee, has acquired the global rights to the WAHU brand, giving the company full responsibility for the brand’s worldwide development and marking a new stage in its international expansion.

Building on more than 25 years of experience in outdoor recreation, water play and active lifestyle products, WAHU Corp. plans to increase investment in the brand, strengthen its global supply chain and accelerate growth in key international markets.

Managing Director Andrew Lee said the acquisition enables the company to provide dedicated leadership and long-term investment while reinforcing its supply chain and supporting global expansion.

In Australia and New Zealand, WAHU Corp. has updated its distribution model by appointing Hunter Leisure as the exclusive distributor for major retail channels. All Brands Toys will continue to serve as the exclusive distributor for the independent retail sector. The regional partnership strategy will be managed internally by David Innes to maintain continuity while allowing the company to focus on international growth.

As part of its global expansion plans, WAHU Corp. is placing particular emphasis on North America, where the brand has already established momentum and sees significant opportunities for further growth.
