WildBrain: activations and partnerships ahead of 30th anniversary

WildBrain is accelerating the global expansion of the Teletubbies brand ahead of the franchise’s 30th anniversary in 2027 through a series of new activations, partnerships and licensing initiatives.

Increasing the brand’s international visibility

The company is increasing the brand’s international visibility with immersive fan experiences, retail events and collaborations across multiple consumer product categories. In South Korea, Teletubbies has been at the center of a large-scale activation in Gyeongju featuring pop-up stores, themed installations, photo opportunities and exclusive merchandise. The brand has also partnered with the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Korea and appeared at major events including the Starfield Balloon Festival and the Qatar Toy Festival.

Recent collaborations

WildBrain is simultaneously expanding Teletubbies’ consumer products presence through partnerships spanning collectibles, fashion, beauty, food, gaming and home goods. Recent collaborations include POP MART, Handcraft, Monogram International, Diadora, Tencent and CLIO Cosmetics.

The company’s strategy combines licensing, digital engagement and brand collaborations to strengthen Teletubbies’ relevance with both younger audiences and longtime fans worldwide as the anniversary milestone approaches.
