Ynon Kreiz to be honored with Industry Leadership Award at Israel Film Festival

Mattel CEO and Chairman, Ynon Kreiz will be awarded with the IFF Industry Leadership Award 2023.

This award recognizes achievements and accomplishments achieved by extraordinary leaders. Winners of this award have achieved significant success and inspired others. On November 1st, Ynon Kreiz, will be presented with the award for his achievements at the festival's opening gala in L.A.

Since then, he has led a multi-year transformation strategy that has enabled Mattel to capitalize on the breadth of its intellectual property to the maximum. His successful journey with Mattel began in 2018, and since then he has worked steadily to evolve the company and one compelling portfolio for audiences. "Ynon Kreiz's visionary leadership and incredible successes at Mattel, most recently Barbie's triumph at the global box office, are unimaginably exciting. 

In just over five years, Ynon Kreiz has transformed Mattel into an IP powerhouse whose first theatrical release broke records and became a showcase for the expertise of the Mattel Films division he founded (...)," said Israel Film Festival Founder and Executive Director Meir Fenigstein about this year's Leadership Award recipient.
