Former CEO Dirk Engehausen returns to Schleich as a consultant

Schleich GmbH announces the return of Dirk Engehausen. The long-standing former CEO will support the company in the future as a consultant for sales in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH) and in product development.

With his comprehensive industry knowledge, experience in establishing sales structures and key account strategies, and close familiarity with the Schleich brand, Engehausen will provide valuable impetus for further development in the DACH region.

At the same time, Patrick Greve, member of the management board and Vice President Europe, previously responsible for sales in the DACH region, among other things, has taken on additional responsibilities and is now also responsible for the APAC region and global trade marketing.

“We are extremely pleased that Dirk Engehausen is back on our team – this time in an advisory role,” says Dr. Manfred Ziegler, CEO. “With his expertise in sales and product development, he will help us to further strengthen the DACH region. At the same time, his return will enable Patrick Greve to focus even more closely on his international responsibilities, with an emphasis on the growth markets of France and the UK.”

Engehausen's return comes at a time when Schleich is consistently continuing its transformation process. As part of this further development, Dr. Manfred Ziegler recently took over the management of the company.
